ADMIRA

Admira is a Quality Craft brand that is establishing its identity through a growing product line. Products include flooring and lifestyle products that help consumers transform their homes and commercial spaces.

FLOORING

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Quality Craft has been providing flooring products to a variety of customers for a number of years. Although we are expanding our product line under the Admira brand, our flooring collections are finding their voice as well. Products are sold both in-store and online, so we’ve refreshed displays, updated graphics, and added clear product information to improve the customer shopping experience and help assist our sales team in landing business.

PROCESS

I collaborated with the product and sales teams to identify the key features and selling points of the different flooring collections under the brand. We reviewed competitor branding, and from there, I developed a cohesive set of marketing assets, including a brochure of the different collection options.

OUTCOME

We’ve successfully created a more cohesive and modern customer experience across in-store and digital touchpoints. Updated graphics, product photography, packaging, and product information helped clearly communicate the features and benefits.

REFLECTION

This project strengthened my understanding of how visual design can support our sales team in being successful and assist the customer journey. Creating a cohesive brand experience is an important part of creating assets across packaging, retail, and digital touchpoints.
